Begin to Spin
This introductory class is designed to teach you the basics about indoor cycling. Through this music driven class we focus on proper technique and posture on the bike.
Your instructor will provide the motivation while taking you through drills of hills, valleys and fun cycling drills.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time—five minutes or more per pose is typical.
